Setup Your On-Site Yoga Program in 3 Easy Steps

Chicago YogaWorks
makes it easy for you to implement yoga into your work space. Your time is valuable and our mission is to provide yoga that is convenient for you and your employees. In just three easy steps you could be participating in Chicago YogaWorks on-site yoga program with our qualified, professional instructors.

          1. Identify Adequate Yoga Space

A lunch room, cafeteria, conference room, gym, hallway or any open floor space within the office will provide adequate space for a yoga class. We are also able to teach in outdoor spaces, when weather permits.

Chicago Yoga Works would be happy to visit your site to determine if your workspace is adequate for a yoga program. A large space is not required, and often times you don't need as much room as you think.

2. Select a Yoga Class That Fits Your Schedule

Classes are typically scheduled prior to work hours (Rise and Shine), during lunch (Energy Boost), or after work hours (Rush Hour). However, Chicago YogaWorks is happy to schedule classses at anytime of the day, to meet your specific needs.

Rise and Shine
Morning yoga class that takes place before the work day begins. This class is designed to wake employees up. It provides a fun and energized class that boosts mental focus and centers employees allowing them to be productive all day.

Energy Boost
Afternoon yoga class during work hours, typically at lunch time. Focuses on increasing energy levels and reviatalizing employees. Deveolped to motivate employees and help them overcome mid-day fatigue. Ideal preventative maintenance for repetitive stress injuries such as chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain, carpal tunnel, and headaches. Allows employees to stretch and release tight muscles, tension, and stress that accumulates in the body during sedentary work days.

Rush Hour
After work yoga class that takes place when the work day ends. As soon as employees "clock out" yoga class begins.  This class is designed to help employees let go of their work day and easily incorporate physical exercise into their schedule. Employees are able to destress their bodies and their mind before transitioning into their personal life and family. This class also povides the convenience of physical exercise without the added stress and travel time required to go to a studio or gym.

3. Determine Time and Frequency of Class

Yoga class time and frequency are determined by your schedule and availability. We are happy to accomodate your specific times and needs. Class length is typically one hour to provide a generous amount of time for both practice and relaxation. Classes can be customized to meet any available amount of time. Class frequency is based on your organizations needs. A yoga class once a week will have a positive affect on health and well-being. Multiple classes a week will enhance benefits and excelerate progress of students.

We welcome the opportunity to share the wellness benefits of yoga with you. We are available at your convenience to discuss bringing Corporate Yoga to your company.
